Chief Instructor: Jason Dorn

Jason has been involved in various styles of Martial Arts for around 25 years. It is his vast experience that is the back bone of Paragon and Paragon Freestyle Kickboxing System. Jason has an impressive Martial Arts CV with several Black Belts in different styles and certifications equivalent to Black Belt in other styles that don't use the belt ranking system.

Jason has experience in competitive martial arts and kickboxing, and has trained around the UK and USA.  Jason enjoys sharing his knowledge of Martial Arts and Self Protection with his students at Paragon. His main role at the academy is overseeing the day to day running of Paragon and its curriculum and teaching adult students.

Senior Instructor: Selina Dorn

Selina has been training in Martial Arts for around 10 years. Like Jason she has enjoyed a varied cross training background achieving various grades including:

Selina is in charge of the kids training programs at Paragon, including the ever popular Paragon Little Ninjas for 3 to 6 year olds. Along with this she also teaches Ladies only classes. 

Selina has trained with Jason since she began. In that time she has gained much experience, had much success on the tournament circuit and traveled to the USA on training trips. Selina works closely with all the instructor team and is the glue that holds the team together making Paragon the success it is today.

Instructor: Russ Henshaw

Russ has trained with Jason for many years, with a couple of short breaks to pursue other interests. His grades include:

2^nd Degree Black Belt Karate

1^st Degree Black Belt Kyusho Jitsu

Russ has also enjoyed success at a competitive level. His role at Paragon is assisting Selina with the Paragon Little Ninjas, he is in charge of 5 weekly kids classes and 1 weekly adult class. Russ is shaping into an excellent Instructor and very important member of the team.
